Went there on a busy Father’s Day weekend and the service was great. It was my sons birthday and the waiter made him feel special we ordered the carne asada, fried Mac and cheese, burger sliders and a beacon cheeseburger. Delicious View all feedback.

My friend and I got take out and we pretty disappointed with our food. My carbonara had added chicken which was about 6 small diced cubes of chicken and was maybe a third of the container full. My friend got chicken alfredo pasta and it was the same problem. For $27 a entree I was expecting a larger portion and definitely for chicken for $6 extra. My friend and I ordered takeout and were really disappointed with our meal. I ordered the carbonara with added chicken, but it only had about six small diced pieces, barely taking up a third of the container. My friend had the chicken Alfredo pasta, and he experienced the same issue. At $27 per entree, I expected larger portions, especially since I paid an extra $6 for the chicken. On a brighter note, the cheesecake was fantastic, as usual. However, this is the second time I've been let down by the food at The Cheesecake Factory, so I think I’ll stick to the desserts from now on. I tried calling the restaurant several times that evening but didn't get an answer, and I also sent an email but received no response.
I have a great appreciation for The Cheesecake Factory, but sadly, I felt ill the following day. I suspect it could have been the shrimp appetizer. The service was outstanding and attentive, and the food was delightful, but as I mentioned, I did experience some discomfort the next day.
I had a wonderful dining experience! The staff was courteous and attentive to our requests. It's a fantastic spot for families.
My experience was just mediocre. Many of my favorite dishes have either changed or are no longer available. The portion sizes have shrunk, and perhaps it's time to consider downsizing the plates so they don’t appear so empty. The herb-crusted salmon seemed like it was overcooked and the herbs looked like they were just stuck on. It was quite unappealing; my friend even suggested they would have preferred the dull side dish instead.
I waited an hour and 19 minutes for my takeout order. When I finally received my Shrimp Scampi, it was only lukewarm. The manager, Brian, was fine, but Genesis at the register used profanity and didn't text me to let me know my order was ready. If I hadn't gone inside to check, I would still be waiting. Two other customers had their orders messed up as well, and they mentioned the restaurant was short-staffed. On the positive side, the place was clean inside. However, I cannot recommend it for takeout. It's disappointing because they offered me a refund when all I wanted was to enjoy my meal hot after such a long wait. I didn't want a refund; they offered to reheat or remake my order, but I clearly wasn't willing to wait any longer.
