What User doesn't like about Starbucks:
I visited on July 31, 2022, at 2:30 PM. There was an incredibly long line, and the staff were rude and slow. Not all of them, but enough to be noticeable. I ordered a vanilla sweet cream cold brew, something I've had many times at other places, but they didn't make it correctly. The restaurant closed three hours early and abruptly announced, "We are closed!" with no explanation or consideration for the customers.
I've never experienced such poor service. The staff is completely unprofessional; they spend all their time chatting among themselves while customers are left waiting in line. It's a joke.
First of all our order was wrong we ordered a cheeseburger and a chicken sandwich and got two cheeseburgers. They had a taste as if they had been frozen for a very long time prior to being cooked. Granted it was 9:30 PM when we visited, however the place is open 24 hours so they should have fresh food at all times. The fries had apparently been sitting around for a while as well. Worst fast food ever. And I mean ever. Two plain cheeseburgers and a regular order of fries cost nearly $18. We hope we don't get sick from that food because we have a long drive ahead of us.
