Many patrons praise the unique concept, allowing customers to create their ideal pizza or salad with an extensive selection of toppings at no extra charge. While some experiences highlight fresh, delicious food served in a clean environment, others reveal issues like cross-contamination, unkept cleanliness, and oversights in orders, leading to dissatisfaction. First time here and probably last. The thick crust pizza was no thicker than the regular and a topping was forgotten, but the price was higher. The edges of all 3 pies were burnt and inedible. The salad toppings are not fresh and the bar they workedfrom is dirty and not wiped down. The vegetables are old looking and the tomatoes on my salad were bitter. Had to remove them.Also- the girls making the pizzas had no gloves on and took money from people then went back to making pizza with their barehands.
I've been frequenting the Cherry Hill location over several months and have noticed over that period a steady decline in the overall satisfaction of my dining experience that has now led me to decide to go elsewhere. For one thing, the bathrooms arerecently not very well maintained (I've noticed this in the men's room and my date has said the ladies room is atrocious). Lastnight, on a Friday night at 8pm, they were out of straws. I would have to say the place seems to be poorly run or kept up as oflate in my opinion as I've seen things decline in cleanliness and organization.
First time at a mod and will most likely not go back. I got a mod create your own and made it vegan. It came out with no crisp except for the outer crust (which did tate good). Not sure if the plant based meat made it like that but I do go to theircompetition and order very close to the same pizza and its way better!
MOD Pizza is a hidden gem ???? my daughter and I were in the area. An upscale version of Saladworks and Pizza Hut all in one. If you're looking for Vegan-Vegetarian options, MOD Pizza has it. I had the plant-based Italian Sausage with non-dairy cheese. Itwas delicious. You can create your pizza or salad. You won't feel guilty eating all the goodness.
I ordered on the MOD pizza app and picked up my order. However, the order was not ready when I arrived. It seemed that the ticket, while processed, was not made. That being said, the staff apologized and made the order on the spot. While I did have to wait another 15 minutes, I did not mind.
