The first second time that I went, I thought it would be different however; the third time they still didn?t give me what I paid for (extra biscuits) with my orders. I literally explained 3x that I wanted an extra oneoutside of my combo. It?s sad that the lack of competence with these fast food chains now exist. There is no one in charge toshow this upcoming generation about customer service morals. I pray corporate gives new training I will DEFINITELY stick tochick-fil-a!

The fries were completely burnt and inedible, while the chicken was overly salty and oily, lacking any other spices.

While the food is excellent, I won’t be ordering any chicken sandwiches here after what I witnessed. The staff aren’t wearing gloves correctly—I saw one employee handle the bread with gloves, then wipe his hands on his jeans before touching the chicken directly. I truly wish they had retained the previous managers.

I spent eight dollars on a three-piece chicken strip meal, but when I got home, it seemed like they just took one chicken strip and cut it into three parts. I’ve tried calling the restaurant, but no one answered. I guess this will be my last visit to KFC.
