Drive-thru order-taker is rude and the girl that works the window is one of the most miserable people I've ever met. she has been working there for years, I don't know how she still has a job. they don't come almost as often, but I have to remember just skipping it because it's just an annoying experience. Today was so bad that I just pulled out of line when I tried to order that it wasn't even worth the effort.
