Chuck E. Cheese - Cherry Hill

The pizza was tasty, but the fries could use some improvement. I'm an old-school fan of using tokens, but I appreciate the play pass option. It worked out great during the week since my toddlers were able to explore freely.

I really like this Chuck E. Cheese, but I don't understand why a simple pizza and four drinks cost nearly $40. I could easily go to a pizzeria and get a pizza and a two-liter soda for under $20. I was also frustrated because we thought we had purchased some playtime that would carry over to our next visit. However, when we returned, we had no remaining time left. When I mentioned this, they suggested I must have done something wrong. The second time, I made sure to follow the procedure correctly and even had an employee assist me. But when we came back, we still had no playtime. I wish they had informed us that the playtime can't be saved and carried over. All the employees should be aware of this policy. In the end, I lost over $60 because of the confusion.

We celebrated our son’s 4th birthday party here, and it was absolutely fantastic! We had to change our plans last minute because of the weather, so we didn’t know what to expect, but we were pleasantly surprised. The venue was spotless, and there were plenty of games to choose from, all in great working condition. Our son truly felt like a star and wore a huge smile throughout the event! The song and dance with Chuck E. Cheese made him light up with joy! We couldn’t be happier with our experience and highly recommend this place!

I had my sons 5th birthday here. It was the best place to run around 10 children to get energy out and eat pizza, what is Slammin by the way, our hosts jahira not sure if that?s how you spell their name, but she was brilliant! My son loved her and she ensured that I didn't have to worry about something, she made it a five star! Would definitely have more birthdays here!

Way too expensive they took out the crawl thing attached to the ceiling the rugs are filthy so are the bathrooms... Just go elsewhere.... The ticket blaster is only allowed for a booked birthday party smh sanitation doesn't seem to be their strong suit. More than 4 machines malfunctioned and the workers act as If giving us what we won was coming straight out of their personal checks. They even tried to make it seem like we didn't win when they opened up the machine the cards were not even loaded in the machine they were on the side in a box smh
