They have messed up my last three orders. The one great experience I had here has now been outweighed by overcharging and under-delivering. A burrito that paid for double crispy chicken that comes with no chicken- just rice and beans- is unacceptable. You 'd think you 'd make that and go... hmmm I might be missing something? Let me check what they actually ordered . But no. Also they forgot my fries, forgot the salsa... View all feedback.
I have to admit that the food here is good, but only if they remember to include the ingredients you ordered. I've faced issues on three separate occasions when I ordered two quesadillas (one chicken and one shrimp, both with General Tso's sauce), and each time they forgot the sauces and the shrimp. The staff did nothing to resolve the issue. Because of this, I won’t be returning to this place anymore.
This halal place is unique and tasty in every respect. The food is something to try and will come for more! Don't miss this jewel when in the area.
I absolutely love Bubbakoos! The food is fantastic, affordable, and it’s never overly crowded because many people seem to overlook it. It's my go-to spot for a quick lunch or dinner. The staff is attentive, and the place truly is a hidden gem!
I ordered a chickentaco salad and fried oreos. I'm 9 months pregnant and I was sick all night in my stomach. I posted about it on social media and got several messages and comments, everyone had a bad experience too. With the staff as well as super sick. Dry disappointed and I will never return.
I visited the restaurant just before closing time and ordered a steak and shrimp burrito. They even offered to make fresh rice for me since the other rice was a bit old, but I declined because I didn't want them to go through the trouble just for me. The burrito was fantastic, and there was an unbelievable amount of shrimp in it. Since we just moved to the area, I can see us coming here much more often—it's way better than Chipotle!
