This Burger King was the dirtiest restaurant I have ever seen. The manager was talking to employees in the back and ignoring our order for almost 30 minutes. There was unpleasant discussion for another 15 minutes. The person making sandwiches was on their phone, while two brothers and a girl were at the front. The girl was standing around doing nothing and the brothers were rude and swearing. The place was packed and I had to ask the manager for help three times. He apologized, but went right back to doing nothing. There were no clean tables and people were standing and eating because they didn't want to sit. Many people walked out. This was the worst fast food experience I've ever had. The staff were inexperienced, lazy, and unorganized. The manager needs more training. Our bill was almost $50 for four people, and at least twenty other customers got their food before us. I was extremely unhappy with the service.
This is the worst restaurant I have ever visited. While vacationing in Cherokee, we found that nothing was open for dinner so we reluctantly stopped at this Burger King. It took a total of 55 minutes from joining the drive-thru line to finally reaching the pick-up window. When we got there, we found several kids fooling around with helium balloons, causing further delays. We waited another 6 or 7 minutes, feeling frustrated and hungry. I cannot emphasize enough how bad our experience was at this establishment. I advise others to drive by if they are ever in the area.

I strongly advise driving past it if you are ever in the area.
