I had a disappointing lunch on Saturday, September 11th. The white wine was cold and tasted off. The apple sauce had an odd flavor that made me hesitant to eat it. My seafood basket was cold and greasy, with mostly broken shrimp that were difficult to eat. Overall, it was a really disappointing experience. I hope they were just having an off day. Recently spent a very pleasant meal here for a quiet birthday celebration. Good menu to suit most diners at reasonable prices. Service was friendly, efficient and prompt. Nice atmosphere both inside and in the outside "garden look" area.
We dined at HQ recently to celebrate a special milestone birthday. We sat outside as the weather was fine and sunny. There was a good variety of food on offer as well as seniors meals. You don't have to be a member to eat here but non-members pay a little extra, around $2. We weren't hurried to vacate the table and the wait staff removed our used plates in a timely manner.
