I visited the drive-thru on April 7, 2024, and my experience was disappointing. The woman taking my order sounded curt and unfriendly, although the young man at the cash register was sweet and polite. Unfortunately, the food did not meet expectations. I ordered a 4-piece meal to share with my elderly parents, who don’t eat much. My mom was craving a piece of KFC's original recipe chicken, and my dad, who has no teeth, usually finds KFC chicken tender enough to enjoy. However, the chicken we received was anything but tender—it was rock hard, with an overly tough crust. This isn’t what you expect from the original recipe. It was clearly overcooked, stale, and dried out. The biscuit was hard as well. I was really disappointed; the quality and service have clearly declined. I paid over $11 for this unfortunate meal. If I hadn’t been so tired, I would have taken the food back. In the end, we were left picking at what we could eat and ended up having soup instead. Never again!
I placed an order through the app for a quick pickup. Unfortunately, I was ignored for 20 minutes, and when I finally received my order, I drove 15 miles to deliver it to my mother, only to find that half of the order was missing!
