Last week, the cookies and deals I tried were fantastic, but this week was a different story. The kitchen staff really let the place down—my cookies were hard, stale, cold, and just not good. When I returned them, the older cook reacted angrily.

I then went next door to Wendy's and noticed people inside Bojangles. Seeing many cars still pulling up and leaving without food, I called Bojangles and was told their system was down but is now working again. I watched cars approach the drive-thru only to leave empty-handed. Bojangles should have placed a note on the speaker or had someone inform drivers that they couldn't take orders from the menu at that time.
