Security/Parking officer looked like he doesn’t want to be there and had bad attitude. Inside the restaurant was very hot, they didn’t have aircon on, and also the fans were not turned on. Very uncomfortable. The waiter was very poor and did not seem interested in serving or providing good customer service. The lunch meal was average and chicken Mandi was sub par. Small serving size. Avoid this restaurant in your next stop.

Parking would be very hard if it’s crowded bcz of the highway construction .

I am not sure if the waiters ar... read more First of all the food was very good , tasty.The quantity was nice ,it was fresh but everything with the food was the only good . I am not sure if the waiters are trained but their service is really awful/ the worst/disaster. One guy or the another will always find a way to make it even worse. Everyone can understand if the waiter misplaces an order (our starters) and it comes out late after the main course has been served.But how about the waiter blames it us saying that we ordered the Starters last , will any customer do that?seriously will any waiter in their right mind will let any of their customers order the starters after the main course? The service keep getting disastrous till the end.The waiter without the specs was very annoyed , irritated and treated every customer so badly. I will not say that I won't recommend you this restaurant the food is great but the customer service satisfaction is very poor.Atleast give some training to the waiters on how to behave and also on how to manage a mistake (not to blame it on the customer).

The ambience was really good. We order rumali roti, fried prawns, chicken 65, Korean beef, one Punjabi chicken gravy cuisine and nool parotta Food was all good. We found that salt was too much in chicken 65 and we informed the waiter and he graciously replaced it with a new plate of chicken 65. The prawn fry was also good and had more than enough quantity which was quite shocking because usually in restaurants we get only limited prawns when we order it. We didn't have kebabs that day as the chef was not present. Overall the experience was good. The only had thing about the food was the nool parotta. It was damn hard rather than to be soft. That's the only reason I m giving 4* here.
