This restaurant is the best place to stay for good food, despite having a limited menu. It is considered the top choice for business travelers due to the excellent service provided. Mr. Das and Mr. Yadav were particularly impressive in their work, as well as the rest of the service staff who maintained cheerful and friendly attitudes throughout the day. There was a girl working in the restaurant with a charming face, a good smile, and a polite voice, although her name escapes me.

This hotel is located on the 11th floor of the IITM research park. Although the rooms are clean and tidy, many of the outlets are old and do not work. This is an issue that the management should address. The reception staff also seem inexperienced and take a long time during check-in. This could be resolved with better training. The breakfast, which was included in my booking, was very good with a wide variety of options. I would like to give special recognition to Pankaj, the dosa master, whose service was exceptional.

I had a great experience at Ginger Hotel. The hotel is nice and the restaurant is excellent. The food is high quality with plenty of options to choose from. The staff at the restaurant, especially Mr. Devender Yadav and Chef Pankaj, are very polite and helpful.

The Ginger Hotel is located in the Research Park near the IIT Madras. I was staying in Ginger hotel for 11 days because I attended a conference at IIT Madras. The people at the reception are nice and helpful. I arrived in the night at 3 am and they were there and helped me in no time to check in my room. The room is clean and has everything what I need for my stay. It has a desk so I could work with my laptop. The bathroom was large and clean and everything was working properly. The price for the room was extremely convenient and the location excellent and less than 5 min from the conference place. The hotel is offering breakfast and dinner. I was eating the breakfast everyday and it was very good. The star of the breakfast was an excellent dosa prepared by Mr Pankaj, who is there every morning and he is expert in preparing dosa. The restaurant managers are very helpful and I met Mrs. Devendra yadav, vineet and sourav during my stay. They always make sure that I have my dosa or coffee and in this way I have a very good breakfast everyday. Thy also have fresh cut fruits for breakfast. The Ginger hotel and the wonderful breakfast make my stay wonderful.

Had a lovely stay at Ginger hotel near IITM. The front desk staff was cordial and the restaurant staff, Chef Pankaj and the manager Mr Yadav are worth a mention for their courteousness. Chef Pankaj went out of his way to put a smile on my daughter by dishing out a Mickey Mouse masala dosa at breakfast this morning. These small gestures go a long way for a guest to consider coming back to ginger hotel, IITM.
