Mainland China - Chennai

We enjoyed a dinner buffet at this restaurant. The food was authentic to Asian cuisine with a variety of options available. The dishes were replenished quickly, so there was never an empty station. The wait for a table was significant, so it is recommended to make a reservation in advance. The main reason we opted for the buffet was the quick turnaround time for individual dishes to be prepared.

I was eating here. the ambiente is really good. for lemon coriander chicken soup, Thai style chicken dumplings, mixed rice and lamb in Mahlak sauce. Apart from the suppe, which had a very strong lemon taste) other dishes were excellent. the amount of each teller was more than enough for two people. they have a parking service.

Did a takeaway on Xmas day through Swiggy. This order was a perfect example of day light robbery. Not only felt cheated by the food that we had received on Christmas day, Duck, chicken, Noodles, fried Rice, etc was terrible and not palatable. The Dust bin probably enjoyed the food. Only just the one single dish the crackling spinach was good If the food was going to be this bad my word ! The local fast food joint would have given Main land china a run for their money. Visit Mama Goto (Express Avenue) excellent food. leave your taste buds wanting more.

Very poor service and food quality was pathetic Paid a bomb for below average food... Never expected this from Mainland China ...

Mainland China consistently serves some of the best authentic Chinese cuisine in the city. While the menu may be a bit confusing, the staff are always willing to help explain the ingredients in each dish. The food is incredibly delicious, leaving diners wanting more. The dumplings are especially outstanding, and the dumpling guide is a must-visit for all lovers of Chinese cuisine.
