The food was delicious, and when we mentioned that it was too salty, they promptly replaced it for us. I was really impressed with their communication and service. Despite having a large menu, we were still able to enjoy a satisfying meal with a limited selection due to the late hour. Everything we tried was tasty and of high quality and quantity. We were able to have a satisfying late-night dinner at Bhukara.

However, the staff seemed more focused on fulfilling orders from delivery apps like Swiggy and Uber Eats. The quality of the food did not meet their usual standards. The mutton pieces were undercooked, the boiled egg seemed old, and the Khuska rice was either soggy or overcooked. The service was disappointing, with unresponsive and unprofessional employees.

This year, 2020, I went in Nov 2020, it seems a management change and some rejuvenation that gives some facelift of aesthetics. I just ordered a ride-bucket Biryani, it was great. Thank you. You could be little better in terms of customer service, especially the guy on the counter.
