Just need to say the work ethic is pathetic. Attitudes sucked and I literally watched worker literally throw my food at the bag. I'm getting tired of this location. My food was prepared quickly, the staff was incredibly friendly, and my order was spot on! What a great experience!
I ordered a raspberry Island freeze again, but I received a strawberry one instead. The receipt even shows that it's strawberry, but that's not what I ordered on my phone. This has happened to me before. At least this time, I did get the right size.
My chips and cheese, as well as my drink, were not delivered, and the two beef burritos were hard and stale.
Never received the additional sour cream that I paid for; thus, had to eat dry food. Also received someone elses beverage, RANDOM.
Honestly dont order online, they alwayyys mess up even in person. This location has bad customer service and they dont even care to get an order right.
