Pilot Travel Center - Chemult

Amazing place to stop, use the restroom, get snacks, lunch, dinner, entertainment for the little ones, gas. They have an amazing assortment of so many things, and a great selection of coffee drinks. Thoroughly impressed! Stopping here halfway through ourtrip, made our trip a treat! Great customer service too! Really looking forward to stopping here everytime we are in town!!

Clean pilot got hot shower food and truck parking out here in the woods

I was charged $18 for a shower, but the space was much smaller and lacked basic amenities. The water pressure was practically nonexistent, and the water only reached lukewarm temperatures. Meanwhile, the air conditioning was cranked up so high it felt like the North Pole. I just wanted to enjoy a hot shower and go to bed, but instead I ended up freezing and feeling really frustrated!

The staff I encountered were friendly and professional, but I won't be parking at this location again. This is the second time I've been here, and both times, someone has siphoned fuel from my tank. If I return, I'll make sure to get my fuel and items from inside and then leave.

The parking lot for trucks is quite small, and the fueling setup is a bit unusual. However, the store itself is clean, well-stocked, and the staff is friendly.
