The server assigned me a seat in a dark, completely unromantic spot, right where a family or company party was taking place, and the noise level reflected that. After just one glass of mulled wine, the server at this fast-food joint refused to accept a €50 bill or card payment. He refused to accept anything over €5, and I had to scramble to find a €5 note. With such abysmal service, you might as well just get a kebab. This fast-food joint (Ratsstube) isn't worth the money. It's not the Ratsstube we used to go to; it's a service wasteland. Arguments with the waiter during a date seem to be perfectly normal in this dive. Customer complaints go unanswered.
