We were allowed to si... read more On April 2nd, 2025 we invited our best sales managers to dinner. The company consisted of 30 people. The Max Louis was a very good choice. We were allowed to sit at two festively decorated tables and receive a three-course meal. All the dishes were extremely delicious. The arrangements on the plates were reminiscent of small works of art. The service was very friendly and attentive. A small additional “dessert event” with liquid nitrogen rounded off our dinner perfectly. We were very satisfied and would like to send a big thank you.

After eating we realized the... read more A real culinary oasis in Chemnitz! We didn't expect that the restaurant was almost fully booked early in the evening on a Tuesday. After eating we realized the reason for this. The food here is creative and delicious, the service is friendly and attentive and knows what is being served. A great culinary experience with fair prices!
