How much can you actually do wrong? I just ordered and instead of chilli cheese nuggets I got normal nuggets…. Ordered dip twice and both were wrong

Have been there several times. Maybe once a month. So far we have never had a complete order. Our onion rings and various sauces were missing. And Sprite tasted like dishwater! Disgusting
