Arriving at the entrance, they asked for a QR code and an entrance fee of 500 rubles. Nobody even asked where you would sit, the girl who receives guests just stands at walls and does not fit. Further, when I myself came up and asked where I could sit, they answered me that everything was busy and you could just stand by the stage in the middle of the hall. Is it normal at all? Is this called customer service? This is some kind of dining room with a queue. No one even offered to settle the situation. Issued a refund of money that was never returned, I don’t even want to go here anymore. Пытались посетить данное заведение 2 января , предварительно узнав по телефону, что можно сесть за барные столики .Приехав при входе попросили QR код и оплату за вход 500 руб.Никто даже не спросил, где вы будете сидеть, девушка ,которая принимает гостей просто стоит у стенки и не подходит. Далее когда я сама уже подошла и спросила куда можно сесть, мне ответили что всё занято и можно просто стоять у сцены посреди зала.Этл вообще нормально? Это называется сервис и обслуживание клиентов? Это какая то столовая с очередью .Ситуацию даже никто не предложил уладить. Оформлт возврат денег которые так и не вернули, больше сюда даже нет желания идти.

Откровенно протаскивает своих знакомых. Время ожидания песни увеличивается с обещанных 30 минут до 1,5 часов. При этом почти после каждой песни ставят музыку, увеличивая ожидание. На месте никакой вопрос не решить, вас просто выведет охрана, которой персонал стращает, если вам что то не нравится. Отношение хамское. Был практически трезвый, объективно смотрю на вещи. Очень плохо, я бы сказал беспредел! Больше ни ногой!
