Dunkin' - Cheltenham

This place needs to be shut down. The service is completely horrible. I just can't take it anymore. I'm never going there again in life. They mess up orders all of the time. The man on the drive thru always get the order wrong plus it's hard to understand him. I finally said that's it and I'm never going there again.

The food is great but the attitude of the male cashier is not appealing. Hope next time the kind female cashier is back and im able to regain my love for this place.

They didn't get my order exactly right, but it was no real big deal. The reason I gave it a lower score was that they focused on the drive thru on a 3 to 1 basis, instead of giving equal attention to the folks inside. I was there 10+ minutes, with only 2 people in front of me. It was way too long of a wait to fill some very simple orders.

Best Dunkin I've ever went to, Clean, timely, polite and did I say they are adequate on their cleanliness? The workers are amazing and friendly. Food taste good, and drinks are great??

This restaurant used to be wonderful. However, since the ownership/management change, the service has become terrible. We really miss Christine and Jazmine, as they did an excellent job. There is only one person there now who strives to provide great customer service.
