We were looking for a place to escape the bad weather and found the perfect refuge at Yates. The customer service was excellent, starting with the lovely lady, Ange, who helped us choose the best cider from their Lilleys range. Jamie, a friendly and engaging young man, guided us on where to sit and which sports were being shown. I even saw him running around in the kitchen, yet he still went out of his way to ensure we had a great experience. The burgers were delicious too! We will definitely be returning to Yates for the warm welcome and delicious food.
