I would give this place 6 stars if I could. I have never received such detailed and attentive service for my hair as I did from Ben during my haircut. He provided me with valuable advice on hair care and recommended the best products for styling. Overall, it was an absolutely fantastic experience. What Hoolian doesn't like about Vanilla:
8 of us for an early dinner. One of us had to wait for main course until after the rest had finished and even then the order was wrong! First visit there and probably the last! It was not as if they were very busy either View all feedback.
I discovered Vanilla salon in Cheltenham through a Google search and I am so glad I did. They truly deserve their 5-star rating as they provide excellent service. I have always struggled to find a stylist who understands and delivers my desired hair look consistently, but Amelie nailed it. She listened carefully during the consultation and transformed my hair beautifully. Amelie is professional, patient, and attentive to feedback from previous hair treatments, ensuring that my hair is always perfect. She even fixed a mishap caused by a mobile hairdresser without any judgment. The salon has a fantastic atmosphere and offers complimentary hot drinks. Plus, the hair washing chairs come with built-in massagers. Overall, Vanilla is a top-notch salon that I highly recommend.
I am absolutely thrilled with my balayage at Vanilla Hair. Amelie was my stylist and she took great care and paid close attention to detail with my hair. The results are amazing, Amelie is incredibly talented. The staff at the salon are all very friendly and the atmosphere is lovely! I give it 5 stars and then some.
I've seen Amelie twice now for my hair. The first time was a full day with colour correction (bleach bath, foils, toner) and styling and this time a little colour correction with foils and toner followed by styling. My hair looks glam yet natural and feels fantastic and I've so many compliments on it. Amelie is also easy to chat to, professional and puts the health of your hair first which is super important, she is seriously talented and born to be a hairdresser.
