What alekat doesn't like about Huffkins At John Lewis Cheltenham:
I consider myself to have high standards when it comes to coffee and cake, and I don't mind paying for quality. However, I found the prices at this restaurant to be exorbitant, even by Cheltenham standards! The scones were oddly dense and had a bread-like texture that I had never experienced before. Despite the friendly service, I was disappointed with the food and the high prices. View all feedback.
Old man disappointed that more and more establishments are refusing to take the most liquid of payments. Cash is, and always will be, king (as far as I'm concerned).
Stayed in Cheltenham for a night so visited John Lewis for breakfast. Made our way to, what we thought, was the JL cafe where we ordered breakfast. Very nice it was but a bit expensive we thought. Went for a wander around the store and discovered another cafe situated at the back!!! It seemed liked the same breakfast menu and the items that we had were half price at this cafe. Felt totally ripped off! Why two cafes on the same floor?? same menu, different prices!!
It's a good little cafe inside the John Lewis store.
My husband and I visited today and enjoyed a delicious afternoon tea. The whole experience was perfect made even more special by the three professional, attentive and friendly Huffkins employees that served us. A real credit to the brand. We will definitely visit again. Highly recommended.
Very pleasant staff always nice and clean food always well presented and tasty
