Cotswold Vegan Bakery - Cheltenham

I have eaten plenty of cake from CVB and it has all been delicious. The flavours are interesting, the sponge is always light and fluffy, and the designs are simple and elegant.

Whenever we visit the vegan markets, our go-to spot is Cotswold Vegan Bakery. Their cakes are beautifully decorated and absolutely delicious! My personal favorite is the lemon and elderflower flavor, but honestly, all of their cakes are fantastic.

We purchased three cookies from their booth at the Swindon Vegan Fair. I really enjoyed the white chocolate and raspberry and double chocolate cookies. They were very delicious! I brought my own Tupperware container to store them, but they did soften a bit overnight. For any eco-conscious customers planning to eat them the next day, I suggest adding a piece of bread inside the container or using a wrap/bag-style container instead. It was great to see that the vendor used recyclable packaging.
