We had an excellent Veggie breakfast with all the trimmings. Nothing was too much trouble, and my dog even got his own sausage for breakfast too. We sat in the bar area because of the dog, but this was perfectly acceptable. View all feedback.
What Carlie Robinson doesn't like about Charlton Kings:
Stayed from Thursday to Sunday and ate hear every night. Sadly was the same menu as not great. Food was ok but keylime pie tasted of cream and pastry only. Mash on first night was dry but everything else was ok View all feedback.
Really liked it here. Nice sized room Easy check in. There isn't a reception as such. The night before your stay you get a msg telling you you're room number and the access code to get your key. The whole building was nice and clean. There was a bar restaurant there (didn't use it though) The room was spacious enough. The temperature in the room was great and it was pretty quiet in the room I had. Bathroom and shower were good too. Will definitely stay again when in the area
Great hotel rooms furnished to a very good standard very quiet nice views over fields.we had a deluxe king room 5 big room good ensuite and plenty of storage for clothes lovely big chest of drawers. Only suggestion is tv very small for size of room . Highly recommend.
Access and parking good. Staff polite. Deluxe king size bed was actually two singles pushed together. Sheets clean. Two empty wine bottles left from previous customers, so dubious cleaning regime. Room too hot in February, even with radiators off. Loud gurgling noise heard throughout was disturbing, like sleeping in a washing machine. TV broken. No breakfast available. Room 10. Paid £50 for a last minute booking, reduced from £150 which would have been a massive rip off.
Perfect getaway for the night; a beautiful boutique hotel! x
Excellent. Rooms were very comfortable and food was worth travelling a long way for.
