It was a nice place but I was actually quite disappointed with my main course. The cod was cooked well but the dish had little flavour and the sauce was very watery. My partner didn’t enjoy his burger much either. View all feedback.
Great meal with good service no more or less than I would expect.
Busy and vibrant. Service was very good. Food was tasty and good value.
If I am honest my partner and I went with great expectations but at the end of evening we were very disappointed. Food was okay but nothing to write home about and was fairly bland and the best menus I have seen but the desert menu was poor. Our Waiter could do with some training on how to be a waiter and to deal and speak to the customer. He was not very help at all and fairly miserable. All in all we were very disappointed and I doubt we will go back unless we can be convinced that improvements have been made but the restaurant was busy so I doubt my negative comments will bother them.
As i read from the reviews in google, set lunch was available. It would be good if set lunch available during weekdays. Thank you.
The dauphinoise (a side to the duck) was underdone the potatoes still being slightly crunchy. the desserts especially the new chocolate slice thing were excessively rich.
