Sometimes you just need a place that cooks a big breakfast well. this is this place when they are in the opposite. has a great guesthouse feeling, friendly staff and people, they feel like they are at home. the breakfast is large, very good...done large local sirup for the pfann cake, good strong coffee. really enjoyed. this is a beautiful place for a cheap house cooked meal, especially on a cold winter day. we had their sweet and wobbly soup - both were delicious and served cake hot. we also had a club sandwich with real chicken and speck. the menu. is quite extensive, including a series of hamburgers, pasta dishes and desserts. they have a full cash. our server was pleasant enough. overall, good value. We arrived rather late and only found Amici and the Vietnamese restaurant next to it open.

I had been eager to try this restaurant for a while, and I must say it was a fantastic experience. I started with the delicious Foie gras as my appetizer, followed by the amazing duck confit for my main course. My wife chose the champignons for her appetizer and enjoyed a perfectly cooked rare Filet Mignon. Our server, Gabriel, provided excellent service by explaining the menu and giving us great recommendations. We will definitely be returning in the future.
Beautiful evening on the patio. Our first time dinning in at l'Orée du Bois since the beginning of the pandemic. • We were pleasantly surprised that the service and food standards have not changed since the passing Chef Jean-Claude. Every plate was delicious and well balanced. The ingredients used were seasonal and fresh. • Kudos to the young and dynamic team growing Chef Jean-Claude’s legacy by adapting the cuisine with a modern twist. Well done!
