Mcdonald's - Chelsea

Wheelchair accessibility: Is ground level no stairs so when you open the door just straight and so it is wheelchair accessible

Employees were well dressed and friendly but the restaurant atmosphere was not pleasant.

The experience that I had have in the this McDonald’s is rather the worst, the attention is horrible their always talking to one another, and worst of all the guy who took my order today was really disrespectful of course it can get stressful but it was no way they should ever talk to a kid like that “I don’t like the way your talking to me” (said by the worker)me as a 14yr my voice is really deep and aggressive I had to repeat my order 3 times and I got louder so he could hear me and boom he gets mad at me for raising my voice as a worker your should always pay attention to a costumer

Bad service it was 8:30pm and they were already saying that they would close at 10pm with a form that they wanted no one to buy. The supervisor in uniform and a very uncomfortable older lady looked ugly and passed the order in annoyance. The cashier was so embarrassed because she could see the rudeness and attitude of the supervisor. I had to make a second order since I did it through the withdrawal application and it was an offense on my part because the treatment was uglier and more uncomfortable. The boy who was cleaning swept while people ate up to their feet and cleaned the table with the food on the table very badly, intimidating everyone. It was more than an hour before closing because he said it was at 10pm but they were rushing to customers. This was today 06/10/2023 night shift.

Breakfast ?? was delicious.. oatmeal and raisin hit the spot..
