Huddle House - Chelsea

I visit this location every day, and I always find the atmosphere welcoming. The staff are friendly, and the food is incredibly delicious. It arrives quickly and hot!

I had to go up to one employee—a heavier woman with glasses—who still didn't notice me until I said "excuse me" twice while standing right behind her. When I finally got her attention to ask about my online order, she simply handed it to me and walked away without a word. Throughout the entire experience, no one said anything to me. The lack of any customer service was very disappointing, especially for a first-time visitor. I will not be coming back to this location.

The food is excellent, but the restaurant is often busy and seems to be a bit understaffed. The staff is friendly and works hard to manage the flow of hungry customers. I've had some fantastic omelets there!

The food its good and everything. The place its clean, perfect. But i been setting here for the past 40 minutes. And no one came and ask me for a drink or brought me a manu. Its the third time that happened.

Food was good, service was marginal. Our waitress disappeared. Ordered a side which didn't come until we were done eating. Food was good.
