Jimmy's Pizza - Feedback

What User doesn't like about Jimmy's Pizza:
I waited two hours for a pizza that is only three minutes away from my house. The delivery person called the manager, who said he would come by sometime, but another half hour passed with no sign of him. Everyone would be better off saving their time and ordering from somewhere else. The customer service here is unhelpful; it seems like they only care about getting paid.
