After 3 tries, I stopped but it's a shame because the quality of the food is excellent with very good products. But I won't order again. The first 2 times, I was able to receive the missing item by insisting because I was offered a refund on the next order. Last time, we completely questioned the absence of the dish and even after verification supposedly on video surveillance. I had to insist that my correspondent admit to having made a mistake during the viewing because her verification was done on another order... No re-delivery because it was too late, the restaurant was closed in the meantime. The refund was to be brought to me by a delivery person on Monday evening in cash. But no one came: I had to call back on Tuesday for the refund to be made. A misery. With regret, I will not order again.
