I thought maybe i was over reacting until i seen how she treated three other patrons while there. I had one drink and left . Very poor attitude by bartender along with TERRIBLE service. Stongly suggeet while in Chelen Washington find another bar especially if the blonde bartender is working

It was somewhat uncomfortable to have rand... read more The staff were friendly, but the overall atmosphere felt chaotic and awkward, quite reminiscent of a wild frat party. It was somewhat uncomfortable to have random drips from the ceiling landing on my head and arms—it certainly wasn't the cleanest environment. I wouldn't recommend wearing flip-flops here, and be sure to keep an eye on your drinks.

From the moment we walked in, the bartender wa... read more Recently visited Senor Frogs and was appalled by the lack of professionalism and courtesy displayed by the staff. From the moment we walked in, the bartender was incredibly rude and unwelcoming. After taking our IDs, she walked them to the end of the bar and stared at them for a solid five minutes, then inexplicably handed them to a customer sitting at the bar. This bizarre behavior was followed by her returning our IDs and stating she wasn't comfortable accepting them. While it is within her right to refuse service, her attitude was unnecessarily snappy and hostile from the outset. The entire interaction made it abundantly clear that she wanted us to leave before we even had a chance to sit down. Such unprofessional and unpleasant behavior is unacceptable in the hospitality industry. If you value good service and a welcoming atmosphere, avoid this bar at all costs. Oh and I can’t forget the awful smell, I was a care giver for 3 years, and it smells like a diaper. Do it’s clear the bar is not clean either.

I was pregnant and only made it in 5 steps before turning around and running back out because it smells SO strongly of pee. Others in my group smelled it too, so it wasn't just my picky pregnancy nose ? can't speak to more than that but I wouldn't go back purely for that reason.
