Floors were sticky and our lane only worked sporadically. We had to wait 5 minutes between turns many times as the pins wouldn’t reset or ball wouldn’t return. We quit due to frustration and asked nicely that they comp the half game that we quit (we were willing to pay the rest , and they refused and were really rude about it, and actually charged us for more than we played (they said they’d round it UP! . Won’t go back. Ever. Their stated justification: “If you went to dinner and ate only half, wouldn’t you expect to pay for the full meal? My response (which fell on deaf ears was if I was served a bad meal, I wouldn’t expect to pay for any of it.
