The customer service was disappointing; the staff was quite rude.
I gave them three stars because for the first time I think ever, they got everything right in the bag this time though the drive thru . Blew my mind !!! But lighting never strikes the same place twice or something like that ?
We experienced an absurd wait for cold food at the drive-thru tonight. When we arrived, there was no one ahead of us, yet we still had to wait a long time for our order. By the time we got home just five minutes later, everything was completely cold. I couldn't even finish my meal. The quality has really declined over the past few months. I recommend skipping this Wendy's and heading to the one in Centralia for a better experience with hot food.
Theyvalways get your food out so fast and faster than any other food chain around. The food is okay as it tastes more fresh than surrounding restaurants. It's a childhood favorite. Bring back the cheap kid
My favorite drive thru....always fairly fast and burgers always good.
