Tonight I went through the drive through, and the girl that took my order was very thorough and friendly. At the window she mentioned that she had been on herown for about an hour, but I wouldn?t have been able to tell if she hadn?t said it. She was doing an amazing job!

When I re... read more The staff at Taco Bell here seem to have trouble counting, which really affects the service quality. Two weeks ago, I was missing items from my order. When I returned this week and mentioned the issue, they checked the bag and insisted the order was complete. However, when I got home, I found two more items missing. It seems math isn't their strong suit at the Taco Bell on 400 South in Springville.

After a long day,... read more This is my chicken chipotle burrito that I ordered. The tortilla was stuck to the wrapper. It was Sunday, September 18th, between 8 and 9 pm. After a long day, I just wanted to eat, but couldn’t even get a decent burrito. I didn’t complain or argue—I just hope they do better next time.
