Description

Flood Valley pairs craft-focused beers and satisfying pub grub in a cozy, family-friendly setting. The owner-run spot showcases house brews, hearty burgers, tater tots, an indoor fire pit, games and occasional live music. Guests praise flavor, value and the local, slightly gruff charm, though service can be slow and inconsistent due to staffing strains—expect potential waits despite the venue’s clear upside.

I enjoyed my food and Root beer, my wife enjoyed her ciders. The hours have changed along with the menu, but they seem to be doing the best they can to keep the doors open in this economy. So I applaud him in doing his best with the supplies and working to keep his business going.

Curated beer selection included the brewer's own beers. The food selection is also very focused and very well executed. The pride of ownership and craftsmanship is evident. Great place for lunch or dinner and a good beer.

Idk what was up with the staff.. there was a long wait time 1 hour to get food and 20 minutes for service..annnnnd unfriendly staff. It was a Friday but someone could've at least acknowledged our group.. Idk what was up with the dude .. he seemed to be having a hard day. I tried to be nice but his attitude just came out as bad. Hope your day improved buddy. But if you're day is sooooo bad maybe you shouldn't come to work and treat others how bad you are feeling. Keep your problems at home please. Came in with a group of 4 hungry from a 3 hr ride. Heard great things about this place .. and reviews were good, but sorry to say we were greatly disappointed. Our group will find other places to stop on our rides from now on, we won't be stopping at food valley again. Food was OK.. greasey which gave it all the flavor.. it was traditional hole in the wall mom n pop greasy bar food...lol.. and tap was OK. It advertised what seemed good looking home brewed but really Nothing special you can't get anywhere else. . It's special flavors closely resembled other taps which can be enjoyed elsewhere.
