This restaurant is cozy, friendly, and feels like home. The atmosphere is very inviting. I especially enjoy the vegan chili and chips, as well as the hot chocolate on cold days. I would definitely recommend visiting this restaurant. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Lion Rock Tea Rooms:
Ordered 1 vegetarian afternoon tea (for me) and a regular one for my boyfriend. Unfortunately they both came served on the same tray meaning meat sandwiches and vegetarian sandwiches were in contact. It wasn’t too much of a concern for me but just a warning for vegans/veggies dining with non-veg friends. View all feedback.
Fantastic vegan breakfast. the blase and the squeak was delicious to be honest, all that was. the garden is also a beautiful place to begin your day.
Surprisingly lots of vegan options, friendly staff, cute layout and perfect location in the centre of the gorge! Amazing latte. Vegan full breakfast, pastry, vegan scones, vegan cheese options.
We always come for breakfast but definitely want to come back for afternoon tea one day. So many vegan options and really friendly staff.

My mum and I visited today, we went by most of the cafes on the off chance one of them did a vegan cream tea. This is where we found one! The cafe itself is beautiful, retro but tasteful and the garden is magical and abundant with flowers. The cream tea was delicious, everything was handmade by the chef and the cream was far more delicious than I remember clotted dairy cream to be. The woman who served us was super chatted and helpful (I’m sorry I didn’t catch her name Thanks for having us! Xx
