This was my first visit, and it definitely won't be my last. From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming and friendly—nothing was too much trouble, and they even took the time to chat with us. Water was promptly poured to accompany our meal. We were seated immediately for lunch, and the service was prompt. The menu was explained to us, and our food arrived in no time—all with a friendly smile!
Vegetarian options are available, but we opted for different meals.
Parking can be a bit tricky, so it's best to arrive early. Although we didn't require wheelchair access, the entrance looked to be accessible if needed.

Excellent! I took part in a retire and would definitely go back for a normal visit. eating was great, the beer well maintained and the personal friendly; they couldn't do enough to help. great place!
First time going to the red lion today with my father in law and cant believe I haven't been in sooner since the new owners took over. The pub is decorated beautifully and the owners are lovely and went above and beyond. Thank you and will be back to try the sunday roasts I keep hearing about!
Not been here for years but I was really impressed, lovely pint of Robinsons and the food was really nice. The beer garden at the rear is also a great addition that I don't ever remember them having. Would highly recommend
Not been here in years for food but it was spot on. Ribs for starters and pie and mash for main and my wife had the red lion burger. Great service too. Thanks for a really nice meal.
Excellent Robinson's pub. First visited 40 years ago. Much changed and now offers a great pub menu plus great Robbies real ale in plush surroundings. Good outdoor seating as well. Just had a lovely Sunday roast. Proper veg and yorkies for about £13 a head. Very popular time of the week.
