What Georgette Jones doesn't like about Dunkin':
The food was not hot(empanada) Latte was lukewarm. Every time I come to this location, the person in drive thru is rude. Never hello, you’re welcome or a little smile. He just tells you go come to the window and barely looks at you. I say thank you and smile each item he hands me and just hands it to you with barely a glance and never parted his mouth. I come to this Dunkin nearly every morning! The staff are friendly, fast, and very accommodating! Thank you for the extra cookie crumble!!!
There was only one person working. The wait time was ridiculous, and my coffee was awful. The donut was hard as a rock. I definitely won't be back.
