Me and my Sidekick popped in here to try the Flavor of the Month back in February which was the featured Love Potion flavor. It was my first time trying this flavor and I was happy. It contained white chocolate and raspberry flavored ice cream, raspberry-filled chocolate flavored hearts, chocolate flavored chips, and raspberry swirl. I'm not sure who put this flavor combo together but it was DE-LISH!! Like most of us... View all feedback.
What Maria Brown doesn't like about Baskin-robbins:
Hands down the worst Baskin and Robbins. They don’t have anything, including ice cream smh. How or why they are open is a mystery. Don’t waste your time going there. Kindly go to the location down the street near Stevenson University. View all feedback.
This place is combined w Duncan Donuts, nice shopping area. The ice cream side of the operation is not very good, they kind of slap it together and get it out the way. Portions and quality control not very good. I know what stuff supposed to taste like and how much is suppose to go into and they don't do a good job preparing.
Don't ever order an ice cream cake from the Owings Mills store! We ordered a custom all vanilla ice cream birthday cake (over $40) and we're given a chocolate/chocolate chunk cake instead, which the birthday boy was unable to eat. So far, the store has not agreed to any kind of reimbursement and the manager has not contacted us. If there was a negative star option I would choose that.
Ice cream was exactly how I ordered it. There isn't many add in combos. Customer service was excellent! Friendly and got anyone in and out quickly.
