I asked for the sauce today, and even after paying extra for it?no sauce. Overpaid for someone?s Cobb salad (that was not what I ordered). Therewas obviously training happening, but instead of checking to make sure all was good.. the management made a scene towards thecrew. Very unprofessional.

The garli... read more Been awhile since we'd visited this Zaxby's. Had the house salad. Apparently Mediterranean dressing is no more? Lite vinaigrette is a poor substitute. The garlic Texas toast had slimmed down to a regular slice of bread, disappointing! Rest of the salad wasgood, but the cucumbers would have been better peeled. I'll need to check my local Zaxby's and see if these things arechain-wide

Went here tonight, spoke with the manager when I got home after coming to the drive-thru notified her that she one of her employees dropped a little extra snack... read more Went here tonight, spoke with the manager when I got home after coming to the drive-thru notified her that she one of her employees dropped a little extra snack in my meal as I spoke with her about the nail she told us to come back to the store andshe would remake our meal she was good on her word but it was her nails as a manager that made it into my food because nobodyelse on staff is wearing them tonight as a manager you should know not to be wearing two and a half inch long nails at workcorporate needs to be involved

Interesting how they will say anything to get you to leave their store when they owe you money. On April 17th I was charged twice for my order due to an app issue and they stillprompted me to enter the store and order in person, continuously reassuring me that the charges on my card for the previous twoorders would not go through. So after two failed orders and one order in person, I was repeatedly assured that my $24.02 wouldbe returned to me. It was not. About 2 weeks later I returned to the store and who I presume was a manager was condescending tome acting like I did not know how to check my own bank statement, repeatedly telling me that the pending charges would drop. Ihad told her several times at the charges were not pending and to have posted to my account but she continued to tell me that mypending charges would drop. Eventually, she implied I should file a dispute with the bank if I wanted the money back. She alsotold me that she would look into it and that she would follow up with me after taking my name number and email address. Shestated that she did not have the ability to grant refunds, however the email correspondence I received stated that the storesare required to issue refunds, not the online service. I have not heard back from this store since. This company took $24.02from me and will not give it back.
