I had the best waitress tonight. Food was good and it was hot . Thank you for turning a bad day into a good night !Vegetarian options: They are capable to fix anyone anything due to religion or diet. The cook was very respectful and wanted a enjoyable experience.Kid-friendliness: Yes kids singing and playing music . Alot of laughter making a good time with friends and family.

The cook scrambled eggs were not good and the waffles came out towards the end of us finishing our plate. Great Customer Service!!Food: 3/5

The very worst experience I ever had in a restaurant in my 60 years of life. Service and food was horrible ? ?. If there was a zero star available they would get it. Didn't eat itFood: 1/5

We were here with friends. The service was HORRIBLE our server took our order and everything seemed to be ok and when our food finally arrived after waiting a lengthy time, the waffles were burnt, bacon burnt, omelet over cooked the eggs looked old, the server slammed one person's plate down the toast slid off the plate onto the table and there was no apology. One person asked that their burnt bacon be returned and asked if it could be substituted for sausage instead, the grits looked as though they had been dumped in the bowls and were not very hot. The establishment was not crowded in no way our group was seven people but we sat at two different tables close to one another. One person asked the server for Ketchup he became upset and said he would get it when he got ready and we asked what was the problem, he then yelled I will treat you as you treat me and stated we needed another server. He went over to a coworker and practically threw the tickets at her. We were so confused as to what he was talking about, he was acting very strange the whole time we were there. The other server came over we explained everything to her, she stated that the other server wanted to cook not serve and the manager(Michelle) told him he had to serve. She then told us she would talk to the manager about the situation and if it was up to her she would just say everything was on them but it wasn't her call. Ultimately the manager only took our drinks off our tabs which was only two or three drinks everyone mainly had water. And the one person who had the omelet decided they didn't want a redo. The manager never came to talk to us. As we were leaving one of the people in our group just asked for a cup of ice and the previous server yelled at them that he was washing dishes and he needed to wait. We all stopped and looked at him like what is his problem and we stated he may need to go home or get fired then he made a racist comment to the effect that he didn't say anything about black people and how they act and I just about lost it my friends had to escort me out the restaurant because that was not called for at all then he tried to say the other server told him we were talking about him in a racist way and she looked at him like he was crazy. This Waffle House need some corporate office attention. We will be sending corporate an email. One of the people in the group took pictures of our food I wish I had. It was so ridiculous and I DO NOT recommend this particular location at all.

I stopped to grab a waffle to go. They were very busy otherwise I would have eaten here. They were very good making sure I had everything I needed.
