I just moved to Chattanooga, February this year. And I walked inside to order. This has been the cleanest restaurant I've been to thus far. Food was fresh, the staff was professional and working diligent at customer's orders out. I'm guessing it's new management, because it was not this way the first few times I drove thru.Food: 5/5 View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Taco Bell:
Both of my soft tacos were old and one tasted sour. The cheese was a dark, orange color, and the lettuce was wilted. To add insult to injury, the shellswere old and breaking. The drive-through staff was awesome. My rating has to do with the lousy food that was given to me.Parking: Good parking lot and it’s a new building. View all feedback.
This review is for Rob! I stopped by the drive-thru for breakfast for the first time and wasn't sure what to order. He assisted me in making my choices and offered some excellent recommendations. Rob definitely deserves a raise—thank you so much! You're the reason I'll return here. Keep up the great work!
There's always a wait, but I genuinely understand why. The service is excellent, and what’s not to love about Taco Bell? Please bring back the Mexican pizza; it was my all-time favorite order!
Order is usually correct but there oil is ALWAYS burnt that they fry stuff in . The cinnamon twist and Mexican pis is gross because of this. This has been going on for a few months now.
I ordered two beef soft tacos, but they barely had any beef in them! We also got three beef burritos, but only two were in the bag when we got home. It felt like a complete waste of money and time! To top it off, I found out that this brand new location doesn't even have a button for beef tacos or beef burritos on their register. What’s going on? They told me there's a bean button, but I have to add beef myself? Seriously? At a brand new Taco Bell?
Made an online order to pick up in store but the lobby was locked. Went through the drive thru and was left sitting at the speaker. After ten minutes, I asked if anyone was there and got a snappy answer. I pull to the window and was patronized about mentioning the locked doors of the lobby.I'm hearing impaired and the drive thru is hard on me. My order was suppose to be done at 3.07 and was done at 3.40 instead.
