This place is a joke! Came through December 8th 1am to pick a door dash order up. In front of me was a man in a bike(motor) well the guy on the speaker told him he had to be in a car. Well I ended up paying for dudes food because I have personally seen people walk through this drive thru and order without being denied. Incredible speed! I utilized the Taco Bell app for ordering my pickup through the drive-thru. Paid on the app and just needed to provide my name. Drove up to the window and my order was ready. Excellent service!
The food was excellent, receiving a perfect score of 5 out of 5. However, the staff could benefit from some training in customer service and should be mindful that their conversations may be overheard by guests.
The staff was friendly, but they did not take our orders directly and instead had us use a self-ordering machine. This was a bit inconvenient for me, so I don't plan on dining there again in the near future.
We arrived at the restaurant and were greeted by a long line of cars. However, the girl working at the window/speaker box was so efficient and precise that the line moved quickly and smoothly.
