Subway - Chattanooga

Guy named Tavis has long feminine nails and I'm unsure of the cleanliness of the food if he preps anything. Also, he's always on his phone and does not acknowledge customers.

Went to the location and Walmart to get dinner and the associate told me that they are close so they can get out at 9 PM. But the store is open till 9 PM, might want to change your hours if you don?t wanna serve customers.

Worst customer service I 've ever experienced. Mario the store manager was rude to several people and refused to give his last name when I asked him for it. This Subway is located inside a Walmart and several Walmart employees have complained about him and refuse to eat there anymore. After asking his name he refused to serve me. He has told other people not to come in (his) store. I say again HIS store. Awful service. Unprofessional at the least. Stay away.

Without a doubt, the worst subway I?ve ever been to. The older lady working at 12:30 literally refused to make the sandwich how we wanted. Everything we requested for our sandwiches, she would ask why and criticize our preferences. She needs to be fired. Hire someone who can make a damn sandwich.

Had a bad experience through the app where the order disappeared but the money was taken out of my account. The store manager was hostile when I spoke to her. I was given the area director's email and when I finally spoke to Victoria we had a long conversation where she promised to personally look into where my money went. Well I still haven't received that phone call and don't imagine I ever will. There's a reason everyone is better than Subway and it's not just the boring ideas or the high prices. Customer service sucks at most locations and after dealing with even the area director breaking her promises I now know why.
