Subway - Chattanooga

I live only 5 minutes away from this Subway restaurant. Every time I have visited, I have had a wonderful experience. Once, I accidentally left my debit card there, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure I got it back. I appreciate the excellent service from the workers and will definitely be returning in the future!

Extremely clean and fresh. Despite its exterior, you wouldn't expect it to be as pristine. This Subway is the cleanest and freshest one I have ever visited.

The food is good, but the customer service leaves much to be desired. As someone who has worked in the food industry for over six years, I understand that things can get busy and stressful. However, I have never experienced such a bad attitude from employees as I have at this location. On one occasion, my coworker tried to customize her sandwich by adding salt, pepper, and oregano and excluding jalapenos, only to be told that was not how the sandwich was made. It is disappointing to see employees lacking in work ethic and customer service skills these days.

The price you pay for a 6 inch or 12 sub is crazy. They hardly put anything on the subs and the subs are smaller than they used to be. Asked for just a little sauce and they soaked it. Subway has turned into a disappointment. They also asked us to do a survey and we would get a free gift card. We'll we wasted 20 minutes answering all of the questions and still didn't receive the gift card. At least you receive the gift card from other restaurants.
