Sticky Fingers Chattanooga Jack's Alley

Jonathan was our waiter, he was very friendly, attentive and helpful. The food was great! I had the combo bbq (pork chicken) very good. My hubby had the ribs, excellent! We had the fried pimples that were good. The only thing we had problems with was the bbq baked beans that tasted more like pork and beans (they were ok, but not what we expected for bbq baked beans). The chocolate lava cake was also very good and excellent drinks!

Food was ok. For the price should have been more food. Our waitress was great. They were out of fried pickles. The pecan pie wasn’t homemade.

Worst service I think I’ve ever had. We went 20-30 minutes without a drink. The food was cold. Several in our group never got their food. They never cleared off our plates. No one apologized. They weren’t busy either. It was a Wednesday night. HORRIBLE experience.

It was here a few times when it was slower, but came here on a Friday and it ruined our date night. My data chicken was raw and we waited 20 minutes before our server even seemed to solve the problem. It felt like our server was more interested in their big table than in us. A manager could have helped the situation and we asked to talk to one and no one came. We won't be back.
