Starbucks - Chattanooga

Had a great experience here last week! The employees cared about keeping their customers happy, were very efficient and were very kind. I was with a friend and her drink was not quite right, they remade it, no question. We appreciated their professionalism as well!

This Starbucks is HUGE inside! Great customer service by the ladies at the register. This Starbucks is connected to a hotel.

I?ve been here at least a dozen times and each time is the same employees complaining and moaning and groaning about their jobs/pay. They don?t even care about their customers enough to stop talking while taking their orders. Every time. And today an employee was just casually wearing a bralette as a top which normally doesn?t bother me but her bad attitude made the inappropriate attire less bearable.

So frustrating they are randomly closed all the time you never know if they?re actually open during posted business hours. Consistent issues with this location. Espresso machines broken, ovens broken, closing early, amateur staff, sold out of every food item. Sometimes the espresso machines and ovens are down for weeks. Recently they have been sold out of every single hot food item, yet even with only half the menu available there?s still a long wait for drinks.

The cup I ordered was only 3/4 full like they made the size below and then didn’t bother to fix it. It was a let down. Other than that coffee was decent.
